LOVE LOVE LOVE. Just very happy that a local decided to open a yoga studio here. Definitively a hidden gem in Big White. This is a must after a long day of ski.

Stacy's studio is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of mountain living. The variety of classes available are sure to suit even the most experienced of yogies. Can not recommend enough

Just finished a very good class here. Warm welcome, great space and new yoga aids. enjoyed the assists. The instructor adjusted the class based on the wishes of the group. Thank you Mountain Yoga!!

I really enjoyed taking the apres ski yoga class. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and I like that you don't have to pay a rental fee for your mat but I could do without the steep price of $25 for the drop in rate.
