Best banh xeo in Burnaby. Very affordable and good portion. The cashier is very friendly. Will be back!!!!

Have been here twice and really love the food. It's a little bit different then your regular pho places and maybe a bit pricier but 100% worth it. They have the authentic crispy Vietnamese fried rolls that fewer places seem to have these days. the menu has lots of unique items. The food has exceptional flavor, everything is fresh and portions are very satisfying. The restaurant is very clean and nice inside with white tablecloths. I will definitely be recommending to friends and coming back here!

Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Portion is not bad and the environment is quite nice. However, I would NOT come during COVID time. We were seated at a two people table which was close to the cashier. And we have people walking pass us CONSTANTLY throughout our time at the restaurant. I mean, I'm okay with it if it wasn't during a time of pandemic but as of the situation right now. I would say their social distancing protocol is horrible.
In short, I would definitely come back for their food but try to order take out while COVID is still going on.

I got the shaken beef. And wow. Absolutely delicious wow. Food was fabulous. The location for dine in is cozy. Dim lights and music. Service was good and food came fast:) family ate happy

Great food and affordable prices. The only thing holding them back from a five star rating is the time to prepare food. I’ve called in twice for a takeout order and both times I had to wait for 5-10 additional minutes when I got to the store at the scheduled time. Store wasn’t busy so I imagine it’s just a workflow issue or situation in which staff are over ambitious on the prep time.
