Yesterday afternoon, not realizing the shop had already closed, our dad stopped by to ask for help. The gentleman who was in midst of cleaning up the shop answered the door and informed dad of the closure.

However, instead of simply turning dad away, proceeded to inquire about the issue and identified that it would be relatively quick fix.

He brought out his tool box and dedicated his post shop hours, risking running late to meeting up with his wife, to resolve the issue. This was especially appreciated as dad's two attempts earlier in the day at other places did not bear fruit.

Dad never got the name of the gentleman, but Budget Brake & Muffler on Kingsway has gained a new customer.

They did a great job on my truck, fast and efficient.

I have never been more thrilled with customer service that I received in the past few days. I originally had the intent to go to the Dawson location a few days ago and I met Rob. I got confused on the timing of getting my brakes done but he reassured me that his father at the Gilley location would help me out on a Saturday. Most shops are closed on weekends due to Covid, which is understandable. But he made sure to connect with his father to do a special service for me. I just got back into work from being laid off and I couldn't afford to leave early or take the day off. My brakes are fixed and I an extremely happy. I will forever be a client to BOTH location. You two are amazing. Thank you so much :)

Took my car to this location for front brake pad and rotor replacement. Bob gave me good advice and suggestions and was extremely professional and friendly. His approach to customer service made me feel like there was no obligation which is nice to experience for a change - I think this was the selling point in of itself. Would definitely come back!
