Mike is great to work with. He's very knowledgeable and explains everything he sees in detail. We had a really big ant problem that he was able to eradicate very efficiently without having to gas the house. He is always accessible whenever we needed to speak with him and he always has shown up on time. I highly recommend this company for any pest issues. Thank you Mike and hopefully we do not need to use you in the future but if we do, you are defintely the first and final call.

Very honest service. I called Total pest control on Sunday because of the mouse issue in our condo. The person who talked to me on the phone(sorry, I forgot his name) explained how drugs/traps work to catch mice. Before proceeding to service, he suggested us to contact Strata to deal with the problem so that we won't need to spend money on it.

I have talked to other pest control companies on the same day, none of them told me about going to Strata for mice issue. Thank you for being reliable and honest to your customer. We will definitely return if we need other services.
