Order desk is always ignorant, very slow processing time. Management seem to be relaxed roaming around with no help. -

(December 18, 2018, 6:18 pm)Solidly mediocre. The showroom is clean and well lit with good selection, but finding the right person to speak with can be challenging. I placed my order easily over the phone and was told that my order was ready for pick up, but I ended up having to wait 1hr 15min for a tiny box of 4 tiles to be pulled from the warehouse.
