Quick and easy service. My condo tenant had a door handle break off. I called On Point, gave them my tenant's number and they had someone there to replace the lever. Something that could have taken a lot of time to coordinate, took me 10 minutes. They also made payment easy to do via credit card online and bill to my company name, so my tenant never had to get involved. Overall good experience and pricing was reasonable.
