I was living an alright life. I had been coasting through, thinking I was happy and fulfilled. But after a couple rapid unforeseen events that upended my life, I began spiraling down mentally and physically. I tried several self help books but nothing really worked. Then I stumbled upon Brendan at Rectify and he really gave the time to listen and make me feel important. His advice and coaching was a major catalyst to me getting my life back. He's not going to do it for you, you're going to have to be willing to work on yourself, not just looking for an easy patch solution, but he, through his experience and skills will be able to give you the tools to transform your life.

Brendan Mann is one of the most caring, sensitive, genuine people I know. He truly cares about other people’s happiness and well being. Over the last 6 months I went through some trying times. I would say one of the darkest roads I have had to face in my entire life. Therapy, books, councillors and medication wasn’t enough to pull me out of this dark place. I tried many avenues to get myself into a better place but nothing seemed to work. One day out of the blue Brendan asked me how my day was going, normally I would fib and say it was ok, this time I didn’t. I opened up and allowed myself to be vulnerable. Today, I can say that was the best thing I could have done for myself. Without hesitation Brendan starting asking me many questions. He never told me what I should or shouldn’t be doing, he just continued asking me questions that forced me to look deep within. These questions were very self focused questions that took me hours if not days to digest. Brendan taught me that all the answers to my questions were deep within me and I held the key to unlocking the answers. He helped me to see who my true self is by encouraging me to look deep within and understand who I truly am and not who I think I should be. With Brendan’s guidance, today I live a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life and I will forever be grateful for this loving human being, Brendan! He helped me to see the light of my very dark tunnel.
