Has been such a joy to shop at. They've provided me with invaluable information on working with my rescue and has always been extremely friendly and patient with my dog.

Have been struggling to find my preferred cat litter in the city. So thrilled to find it here and then free delivery as well! It showed up the same day! Was not expecting that. Thank-you :)

Great selection of pet supplies and free (and quick) delivery is a huge plus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great selection of Herta cat posts (what we were looking for).

I have been buying my kitten and puppies food here since I adopted them. The customer service is exceptional. I have to say, the store manager, Tamara is outstanding. As a nervous new puppy and kitten parent, she went out of her way to educate me on the different types food, treats and supplies that I would need. She always takes the time to explain things both in person and over the phone. This is why I continue to come here even after I moved further away. She genuinely cares.

Awesome store, staff, and service! I highly recommend this place for all of your pets needs. Tamara has been great with me as far as cat food recommendations as well as recommending a great vet to bring my cat too. She is really quite knowledgeable and very helpful along with the other staff members there. Don't go anywhere else, come here for pet food and knowledgeable staff.
