My new roof looks great, and time will tell if it is installed well and will endure the test of weather and time.

(April 9, 2020, 1:39 am)Total re-roofing job. Compete tear off, new sheathing, additional roof vents. Great worksite care was taken. Roof performed well through a couple of rainy seasons. Then, leaking appeared by Kitchen skylight. Determined that roof vents improperly installed. Repair crew reinstalled them. Fixed problem. Kitchen ceiling needed entire repaint. Now complete. All good. Company and I came to a very agreeable resolution. Thank you.
