Everyone at the office is very kind... they truly understand how to service the client, also they try to understand each individual situation so they're accommodating in their approach. The storage is open for extended hours so I haven't had any issues getting in or out with my private code. Highly recommend them

We have helped our customers moving to Maple Leaf storage many times over the years. Lisa, Terry and Jill have always been friendly and helpful. Their facility is easy to load and off load and always have plenty of carts to use. This makes our job much easier and the move more efficient. The facility is bright and clean with wide hallway to move things around. Sometimes after we finish loading the truck, the customers may only need a smaller unit or a larger unit, their team is quick to respond and accommodating to last minute changes which save our customers' money and make them really happy.
