What we very much appreciated was how thorough, professional and expert Top Tech is. After diagnosing the issue quickly and even though advising it would be expensive for an older machine like ours, to close the loop, I received a call advising that it was as I was told - over $300 - making it not sensible to repair. What triggered me to post my review is my experience with another firm in a new development out of Top Tech's coverage area where the dryer was on warranty and only 5 times during the 8 months from it being brand new was it finally diagnosed and fixed. I had my tenant bring in that same old firm to look at the washing machine not draining and despite being told it's not just soap, I continue to be plagued with lousy diagnostics.

The repairman, Max, was punctual and professional. He was very knowledgeable of the issue I was having with my oven and repaired it in a very timely matter.

Excellent next day service from Max. He wore his mask in my home, was available by phone on a Saturday night and returned promptly when further adjustment on my dishwasher door was required.

We have known Max the owner for 8 years we always call him when we have problems with our appliances. Great person, Great services, Great prices. He fixed the appliance the right way!

This is the 3rd appliance Max has come to repair - always prompt, phones a few minutes before arrival to let you know he is on his way. Every repair job was explained and all functioning great afterwards. This is great as I bought the place with appliances so I don’t know how old any of them are. I would recommend him for any appliance repair.
