I started working out with Jeff Thornhill in 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic, and this was a lifechanging experience for me. Jeff made me feel safe and welcome to the gym and inspired and motivated my fitness journey!

In only a couple weeks of training with Jeff I increased my strength and mobility, lost the “COVID weight” and built up my cardio endurance. Now I can run easily 10Km, I feel comfortable lifting weights and working out on a regular basis.

Jeff is really passionate about fitness and helping train both the body and the mind to be the best version one can be. I can say without a doubt that training with Jeff helped me be the healthiest and the happiest I’ve been in years.
