(January 9, 2021, 7:05 am)I'd an excellent experience doing my hearing and tinnitus test at the Ladner clinic this morning. The audiologist, Lavina is knowledgable, patient, and friendly. I've learned a lot about my problem and I will highly recommend this clinic for doing hearing tests. The receptionist, Shirley, is also very helpful and nice. Thank you.

Also S upfront is a pleasure to talk with on arrival and keep me organized. Both these ladies took great care of my mom-in-law with her first hearing aids. Thank you. And now take care of my mom's ears too. So lovely our houses no longer need to shout to hear.
