Michelle came into my life when I was seeking change but didn't know which direction to take. I began my journey into PSYCH-K with Michelle's gentle, passionate nature guiding me along the way. I am learning how our subconscious mind is the habitual mind. I continue my journey discovering how to integrate the superconscious with the conscious and subconscious mind.
