Dealing with Warren was extremely pleasant. He kept his promise as he said it over the PHONE. All I can say as a Vendor and Consumer that you can blindly trust on The Universal Group as someone is there to look-after you. All you need is trust in dealing with any Business and The Universal Group has got it!
