Some developers are better at setting up a website than explaining how it works or what they’re doing. Anne is amazing at both! She is very skilled, but also very patient and warm. Over several phone conversations, she told me in plain English what all the ‘widgits’ and ‘pluggins’ and all the other features actually did. This was so helpful I would have paid her the full fee just for this!

But Anne wasn’t done. In a couple of days, she sorted through a bunch of technical stuff that would have taken me a month to figure out on my own. She even sent a bunch of videos explaining how I could modify what she’d done in the future! Now I can do what I do best—write—instead of trying to put together a website.
