Real Canadian Superstore

Love this Superstore! For my groceries I shop there 90%. Other 10% at Costco as it's difficult to shop there because it's too busy and I don't always need a huge pack of everything. Superstores only competition is Costco in my opinion. Although I chose to go to Superstore more often for my daily groceries and stuff. I love self check outs at Superstore. They also have a lot of cashiers open when busy. Great selection of grocery products, awesome home decoration, seasonal, bedding and toys. Way to go to the manager of this particular location. He or she are doing an amazing job managing such a big shop. The store is getting better and better ever day. I had concerns of them not having organic milk at certain times (not recently, couple or more years ago) They fixed it! Now they always have it in stock. And in general their shelves are always full, never out of stock! Way to go!

Its pretty good for a super store, however some of the staff are just plain rude while we navigate to get our groceries... I just wish they would be more polite as I spend $400 on my groceries. If I could find a different place that was closer, these guys would lose my business... It shouldn't be like this, it should be like family...!

This is not my first time at superstore but the service that i got today from the front entrance security girl was really awesome. She was showing her physical presence not like others just standing doing nothing there. She was trying her best to help everyone by answering them very nicely. Moreover, she was complimenting every child passing by her to make them happy. Yeah she is great!!!!

5 star for her excellent work.

No limit to how many shoppers enter the store. No enforcement of face mask policy, and not enough compliance from shoppers.
