Sushi Hinode Japanese Restaurant

The staff were very kind and the food is great everytime I come to this restaurant! A great place to come with family or friends.

My family and I found this small Japanese restaurant in Fort Langley. We had dinner there while we visited this small town. The food are delicious and service is good. It’s completely out of my expectations. Highly recommend.

A great sushi option! The fish was quite fresh, and the rice was well seasoned. The staff are super friendly, and they recognised me after only my second time back. Their special rolls are all quite creative, while their regular rolls are formulaic, but well-executed.

There's very little air conditioning inside, which might be a bit rough considering the big windows that let in a lot of light, and therefore heat, in the summer. But, they keep the cold water topped up to try and help that.

Overall, you can't go wrong with Hinode if you're craving sushi here in Fort Langley.

Really good food here. I got the fried squid which was cooked to order, fresh, and well battered. The cream cheese specialty roll was one of the best I ever had, the soft shell spider crab roll was really good, and you can tell it's real crab meat and they don't skimp on you.
