Darren has slowly but surely rehabilitated my middle aged muscles, joints and other internal mechanisms from an evidence based and holistic approach. It is a work in progress, however, I am now able to run (play soccer) pain free; he has treated my high hamstring pull while still allowing me to play. I am very much looking forward to maximizing performance AND coupling this with improved overall health habits; which he has a vast amount of knowledge regarding as well. Thanks Darren.

He is absolutely my go to person for any and all pain and/or movement dysfunction! With his help I have been able to maintain my training AND heal from my injuries.
