Stephanie was professional and very, very personable. I warned her that I needed someone to take my hand and guide me through the process of buying my first home so she and my realtor ensured I had everything taken care of and I was buying something I could actually afford. Stephanie even went that little bit further with my mortgage when she spent extra time and effort to get an unusual bank fee waived.
