Hamid and Nick did an amazing job guiding me through the process of a new furnace installation. I have broken down my review in pieces that i think would be helpful if you're considering Ariana heating for any HVAC service.

Diagnostics

Within two hours of my call out, Hamid was at my residence to take a look and diagnose my old, low efficiency furnace. He was very prompt and thorough with his diagnosis and recommendations.

Estimate

We went over all options available and the pro's and con's associated with each. I did not feel pressured in any way to take one over the other and felt like I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and does an exceptional job of explaining in detail the differences between new products.

Deposit

I paid a fair deposit to secure the job (approx. 60%) and we set a date for job completion.

Installation

Hamid and Nick were punctual on the day of the job and took great care in protecting my premises upon installation. No detail was over looked and I was impressed with how they made sure that they did not leave a trace behind. My access areas and installation area were cleaner than pre-install.

End user explanation

Upon completion of the job, Hamid was very thorough in showing me the operations of my new furnace and provided a tutorial on how to use the new thermostat. He took the time to set my schedules and download the app on my phone and sync it to my new furnace.

Final payment/rebates/warranty

Upon completion, Hamid was flexible with final payment and provided me with all the documentation in both written and digital format to make sure i'm covered under warranty.

As a tradesmen myself and also having multiple tradesmen work at my house, I was very impressed with the attention to detail from Hamid and Nick. I would recommend them to anyone who is contemplating HVAC work. Don't waste your time with anyone else!

Hamid came in and gave us the honest facts regarding our furnace needing replacement ,gave me a quote to replace the unit, gave us a date the work would be done and everything was done as per the quoted schedule, including all the necessary paperwork to finalize the job.

Hamid and Nick gave us excellent service and solved a problem that we had been dealing with for quite some time. Other repair companies had us believing that the cost to fix our leaky furnace was going to be very high. But Hamid was able to look at our furnace within a day of us calling him and then Nick immediately arrived with the parts and fixed it within a couple of hours.
