Heather has been an integral part of our journey in fertility and overall health. There are many things I have learned about the body and have felt empowered with knowledge about fertility signs and ways to identify where I am in my cycle. I’ve been dealing with irregular periods, never knowing when my period will arrive next, and suffering from horrible PMS (basically check every box on the list). Now, I can predict *to the day* when my period will arrive and, thanks to their NaPro Technology, I now have my first solid lead on how to eliminate my PMS! It gives me so much hope.
