Pet Food 'N More

I had never been to this pet store before, but with a new puppy I was coming in to just browse the selection of toys. This store is huge! And the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff who are happy to help and share information, or let you browse on your own. It's a large store with a massive selection. They even brought in special order items for me when I didn't find what I was looking for, it was puzzles for my standard poodle (he loves them). Pet Food 'N More is a favourite place to shop for my pets in Maple Ridge.

Pretty good selection of food, toys, treats and accessories for Dogs and Cats and critters. The staff is more than happy to answer any questions you have about their stock. They've even gone out of their way to help me find products that the stores doesn't carry elsewhere. It's always a pleasure stopping in here to shop.

Such great service today that I need to give props to a young man named Quinn who was so pleasant to deal with. My husband recently purchased a $100 bag of dog food that my dog got sick off of due to a sensitive stomach because they didn't have the right food in stock as it was on order and unfortunately had also lost the receipt. Without hesitation although I was told that they don't normally do refunds without a receipt Quinn made an exception for my dog so he can get what was actually needed and offered to take my number so he can call me when the right food comes in. I am beyond thrilled at the quick and friendly customer service and plan to continue going to this store.

I happened to be in your store on Wednesday this week (Sep9, ) and needed to get a few things for my dog. It had been quite a long time since being in this store due to poor service in the past bit I definitely will be back after the service I received this week from a very sweet and helpful staff member named Sharon.. She was a real delight to deal with and helped me find everything I needed and was able to give me some suggestions that have so far worked out well for my dog. If I had had this experience in the past I would have been back a lot sooner. She could give lessons to others on good customer service! I recommend people ask for her if they need any help in the store.
