Normaly I dont do reviews but Alex and his team were great. From start to finish they kept everything clean, communicated and was just a nice guy to talk to. My project was larger than he anticipated. He called in for backup as one of his machines ran into problems. His quoteand final didnt change at all even after breakdown. Plain and simply a honest hard working MR guy trying to provide the service we all want.

We have hired Alex at Ridge Meadows tree service three times now and been impressed with our service each time.
Recently Alex and Scott assisted us by removing a huge almost 50 year old cedar from our yard that had broken in a storm. They made room in their schedule to take it down for us right away as it was in a dangerous position.They got it down safely despite all the homes and cars near by. Now that they offer stump removal services, we were again impressed when they removed the entire stump within the quoted budget even though it took them a bit longer than expected to do . We appreciate that they clean up the debris and yard each time too. Highly recommend!

I absolutely cannot recommend Alex and his team enough. They removed a tree in my yard today, ground the stump, and cleaned the yard so well that I'm pretty sure it's cleaner than when they arrived. In my opinion, this is the ideal type of small business to deal with as Alex not only takes pride in his customer service (which is exemplary), he also is unwilling to do a poor/messy job as it would reflect poorly on him and his company. This tree removal is part of a larger drainage project and Alex kindly provided recommendations and guidance on how to safely work around the remaining roots left in the ground after the stump grinding. I have had a wide variety of contractors over the years and Alex is without a doubt at the very top of that list in every category, and Ridge Meadows Tree Service will be the only tree service company I use from now on.

Alex was great to deal with. He came out and spent time explaining what he could do to help save and prune my tree. He completed the work in no time at all and did a wonderful job. He checked in to ensure I was satisfied with the work. From start to finish he was professional, helpful, and friendly. So happy with the results. Would highly recommend his services.

Alex and his team recently removed a tree and shrubs from our property, and did some trimming.
They were amazing to deal with, did such a good job that our neighbours came out and asked him to work on their place as well! Everything was completed so fast and they left our yard so clean. The price we paid was lower than we were quoted. They did a phenomenal job at our property! Would highly recommend and use them again!!!
