I have read all the reviews. I am very eager to join it to get myself in my original shape. I recommend it to anyone else.

Good facilities, good equipment, staff is nice and helpful. Lots of covid precautions (equipment taped off, cleaning stations, etc.)

I get the feeling the owner really cares (for example, walk in and short-term access discontinued to protect members).

Decent gym. It’s attached to the skytrain platform and also has guest parking which makes it very convenient to access. When I work out theres always an employee that constantly walks around with a hand held vacuum cleaning and re-racking weights on the proper rack which I have not seen from any other gyms. I feel like I could almost eat off the floors from how clean they are. However, it gets a 4 out of 5 as the equipments are a bit outdated and the pricing is not very competitive compared to other gyms. Some of the bigger franchise gyms charge you as low as 10 dollars a month with no signup fee nowadays, but I guess the pricing for this gym is understandable considering it is a privately owned gym. If you don’t really care about staff, cleanliness and/ or if cost is your priority, I’m sure there are other options, but considering the convenience and the staff (since its privately owned if you have anything you need taken care of you can directly talk to the owner instead of going through multiple people just to get to the manager), its not a bad gym.

I've been coming to this gym for years. Their initial response to the pandemic was great. There's lots of signage, increase amount of cleaning stations and blocking off of cardio machines to ensure 6 feet distance.

With the rainy weather the amount of patrons have dropped throughout the day.

I’ve been going to this gym since January. Very impressed with the great job keeping clean amid the pandemic.

Good equipment, good rates and a super convenient location!
