(July 18, 2020, 3:29 am)It was 20 minutes to closing when I arrived. The staff was awesome to accommodate til 5 minutes to closing I line up to check out. I had 2 transactions: an online return and purchase from the store. The clerk was having trouble reconciling the barcode with the receipt and what's in the system.

Then the manager looking over says, "ugh, we wont be able to go home early!"
But the clerks still tried their best and finished the transaction. I'm glad the clerks were awesome in customer service, the manager was not. He was not helpful at all and he was making me see that he was closing and fixing up.
I do understand that it is closing, but I am a paying customer with valid transactions. I hope that nobody gets treated like that by a manager, no less. -
