I decided to use Steve Kasper again when I sold my condo. It was tough times with all the snow and adverse weather conditions. Even in these tough conditions, he was able to sell my condo. I relied on his professional experience to both price my condo right for the market conditions. He also advised me as to what improvements to make so it would show well for the market.
