Ours was a small residential job (two new outlets), and the first time dealing with Kato. Yet we had a free site visit and quote within a week. Walter was excellent: professional, polite and friendly. He kept us informed of his expected arrival, completed the work and cleared up under the expected 3 hours, and we were billed as quoted.
