She meets you at where you are and does not give you suggestions that make you break the bank on a fad diet, or purchase foods you would never use. Its a realistic approach to a healthy lifestyle, and I appreciate the guidance and positivity that Nilou guides with!

(December 17, 2021, 8:36 am)Justen Chau is an amazing RMT. He is very expert and strong, and his massage techniques are awesome. I highly recommend Justen especially for those looking for deep tissue massage. The clinic is very clean and has lots of parking spots.
