(March 21, 2021, 5:04 am)Brought in my ebike (that I didn't purchase from Obsession) into the shop after it refused to turn on. The mechanic was super nice and I grabbed a beer while he looked at it. Despite his best effort the problem wasn't able to be solved but he spent at least 45 minutes trying to figure it out. He gave me some suggestions and it was all free of charge. Super happy with the service despite no solution. The store was very clean with good selection and everyone was very nice! ☺
