We had some work done last summer - replacing some of the large trees in our cedar hedge which were dying. We were impressed with the level of service right from the beginning - they waited until the they could source the best sized trees for the project , and even came back to install a 4th one when we decided that 3 weren't enough.
Unfortunately, the first 3 trees died, an issue at the grower level, not with Sequoia. Tyler immediately offered to replace the trees for us, and again, he waited until the right size trees were available instead of just putting something in to finish the job. He followed up regularly to let me know that he hadn't forgotten about us and that he was waiting for the right product. We were completely satisfied with how the situation was handled and appreciate the professionalism showed by Sequoia. I would absolutely use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Sequoia recently completed a large front yard garden/retaining wall project at our home in Burnaby. Michael & his team were excellent from start to finish. They helped with design ideas and were able to adapt throughout the project to meet out budget & timelines. The team was hard working & professional. Showed up on time every morning & communicated regularly with me & my husband on the status of our project. I would highly recommend Sequoia.

Tyler, Pete and crew provided us with cedar plank stairs for the front of our house in two days and did an amazing job! They were professional, courteous, timely and tidy! They also came in under budget which was a big surprise. We absolutely love the stairs! We highly recommend Sequoia and won’t hesitate to use them again.

Tyler and his team were amazing to work with! Responsive, and easy to talk with. Our job involved new grass, new garden beds and patio stone work. He even helped us find a gas fitter to sort out a fire table install. We also got set up with a proper maintenance plan with his team (our request). And the best part was that we came in slightly under budget! Very pleased.
