My husband and I were just looking through the Remax's listings when we had stumbled upon Louise Hendriks contact info. Even though we had no game plan on purchasing our first home - Louise was willing enough to show us a couple places to start, and explain the whole process to us. I wish I had Louise at our side when we bought pre-sale. I had no idea how having a realtor like her provided such great benefits.

For example, did you know that the developer can swap out any of those nice elements you see in the presentation center that are so impressive like quartz counters or those high end appliances... even storage lockers and parking spots can be taken away if you don’t closely read your disclosure statement (or have your realtor) and protect yourself. They are 100’s of pages long and written in a way that confuses the average human being... like me.

Did you know if your realtor doesn’t go with you on your very first visit when you sign that “no obligation” paperwork, that you can’t have one act on your behalf? Did you know you don’t save any money by not having a realtor? I didn’t, it’s kind a like going to court without a lawyer.

I never really thought about how the realtor at the presentation centre is on the developers team and not mine. That they get to pocket the realtor commission when we don’t bring one, not give us a better deal. Food for thought of you are buying new construction. Louise is funny, savvy and goes above and beyond for her clients needs. I highly recommend Louise Hendriks.
