We had a more complex listing as the house was part of an estate and the farm land attached was in the ALR. No matter what issue arose, Dale handled it quickly and competently. We never had an issue getting a hold of him and when anything arose that could have been of concern he always communicated with us clearly, so we understood all of our options. He was very professional, considerate and dedicated. He worked incredibly hard to get us the best price for our property. We would not hesitate to use his services again. Thank you Dale!
