(February 23, 2017, 3:50 am)The place gets a bad rap for the smell but you can only do so much with the volumes they receive. If people wasted less food it wouldn't be so smelly there. Everybody wants to be green and compost but they don't want it done in their area. Trucking the waste 2 hours away from cities defeats the point.
