(May 2, 2016, 6:32 pm)My wife and I looked at many daycare centres in our area before deciding on one to send our child to. We were looking for one where there was always more than one child-care provider at a time, a good adult-to-child ratio, a nice facility with multiple rooms, a large outdoor play area and staff that were all fully licensed. Lil Chickadees has all of these things and our experience with Lil Chickadees has been wonderful.

There are three rooms, plus a washroom here, a good sized backyard with a sandbox, two large pebble boxes (if that's what you call them) and a covered area for rainy days. The kids go for a walk every day when the weather is good for fresh air and exercise. Sometimes the kids get to visit South Arm park which is close by.
There is a good structured program everyday with circle time, crafts, songs, etc.
They've been in operation for at least 15 years and are highly recommended.
