All the staffs are friendly and supportive. They responded promptly and efficiently whenever I had involved questions. The doctor is professional and gentle. The test results come out soon. Great job!

Really fast and efficient service! Appointment for my viral antibody test was for 11:30am, got there about 15 min early just in case. Waited as the secretary patiently dealt with a difficult client at the counter, and as soon as I was up, they quickly verified my personal information and I was taken to a private room. Waited about 1 min and someone in full gear came in and quickly and confidently administered the test. And that was it! I was finished by 11:25, and got my results within the hour! All this for a solid price too, the cheapest viral antibody test I could find in Vancouver. Could not recommend enough! The office is a little older but I am so happy with the service, so thank you!
