Pilates by Deb

Going to pilates by Deb has been a rewarding experience. I have been going to the mat classes for 2 years and just recently started on the reformer. After each session I feel stronger and more confident in my abilities. I highly recommend Deb as she structures each class to meet the specific needs of all participants.

Deb is an amazing pilates instructor – she caters to the needs of each person in the class and always provides individualized instruction. From beginner to advanced - I would highly recommend her classes to everyone!

Deborah is awesome! I never thought I would enjoy Pilates as much as I do. Before I started, I had horrible back and neck pain that lasted through the day and night. Now, my core strength and flexibility have improved so much I don’t feel those pains anymore.

I have been a client of Deb's for the past three years, first taking her mat class and now also taking her Reformer class. Deb is very knowledgeable, patient and quickly makes adjustments if you have injuries or are struggling with trying something new. I used to have neck pain on a consistent basis before starting Pilates and now those issues are gone thanks to Deb.
