Zwilling J.A. Henckels at McArthurGlen

Got a knife I really wanted for my sister's birthday, the associate was very helpful in explaining the details and providing a recommendation that fits what I was looking for. She also helped me wrapped up the gift nicely. Overall best experience and looking to come back for other purchases.

Store is well stocked with a wide diversity of merchandise, making it a delight to visit in this what amounts to a cookie cutter of many open shopping plazas common in the US, like in Las Vegas on which this one is modeled. Intra store merchandise is in good supply on this site though on a macro basis, it still lacks the kind of diversity which is a key attraction for shoppers in the United States. There seems to be a plan for expanding this facility, which is sorely needed for interest expansion, to draw in more traffic. On week days, the traffic is sparse.

A good brand for kitchen ware. Subscribe to their email list for the knife specials. The discount on knives isn't great normally except on specials. The pans and other kitchen goods go on sale regularly. The brand is high quality including their Japanese knives. The German or two man knives have great edges and can be kept sharp for a long time with a steel and occasional home sharpening. Service staff are good but find the specialist in each area for deep knowledge.

One of my favorite store in McArthurGlen Designer Outlet!!! The knives set is the best price in Canada ! There is no need to wait for Bay day sales anymore. Also, it carries lots of high end kitchen wares. The double wall glasses from zwilling is another one of my favorite (it was on sales for $10 for qty 2)
