I wish I could give them 10 stars! I'm admittedly a little psychotic about bugs & have used extermination services numerous times since becoming a home owner. By far this is the best service call I've ever had. Quick reply, transparent & very affordable on pricing & fast scheduling to take care of our small wasp nest on our deck. The technician was efficient, knowledgeable & nice. During this pandemic I feel like most services are cutting back on what they provide for each service & charging twice the amount. Thank you! You have truly won a customer for life!

I called Advance Pest Control Surrey, this time for Carpenter ants issue. Their tech was fantastic, caring and spent the time needed to correct my problem. He first inspected then applied the treatment. The first place he applied the chemical many ants came out like they were drunk and then they died. I feel it was money well spent. Thank you. You sure know your business. The last time I used this company was five years ago for termites, since then I haven't seen one. Great company to do business with, worth the $$$

Happy to report that after this post, Advance Pest Control Surrey and the team made sure I had a much better experience. They honored my original verbal contract agreement and the exterminator he sent to my condo was knowledgeable, polite, and spent over an hour treating the problem areas. They already scheduled my follow up appointment in 2 weeks to ensure the pest problem is improved. Thanks to all for remedying the situation!
