Simrit was very kind, friendly and professional. She is knowledgeable and ensured my safety during the appointment. I was very impressed with her work!

I had the Ultra Therepy treatment done and it was not just 'uncomfortable it was painful especially on the cheeks and under the chin/neck area.

My nurse was spectacular, talking to me and making sure I was ok, asking if we needed to
stop and take a break.

After the procedure she would give me an ice pack for the swelling and give me feedback on what to expect over the next few days and weeks .

This procedure is not for the faint of heart. Don't be fooled, depending on how deep the ultrasound has to go down,it is very painful.

Would I do this procedure again? No it was too painful.

While I was disappointed with the false information about services offered in Canada (via the US sales rep that arranged the membership), the service I received by the BBL nurse at the South Surrey location was exceptional. Her honest professionalism and knowledge exceeded my expectations in comparison to similar IPL services I’ve received at other beauty clinics over the years. Whether or not the treatments work long term has yet to be determined but she was honest about the length of time it could take to achieve my desired results. I’m happy with the experience but wish I wore sunscreen all these years so I don’t have to spend the money removing so many spots ;)

I am a customer of ideal image since last year and i love the way they invest time in their clients. They talked to me on zoom (for very first time when i was interested in their services) to know more about me and described me the entire process. Mostly I meet Fatima and she is very welcoming. Other nurses on the floor are very kind and helpful thorough your treatment time. You don’t feel like they are in a rush and they will go through all of the areas they are treating very carefully. Very well trained and educated staff.

Jin is an amazing technician, she is very caring and efficient while performing laser hair removal. I always feel safe and comfortable around her knowing I am cared for and any concerns I may have are always addressed. She is very kind and friendly as well. She makes the treatments more enjoyable. My last treatment I had a bit of a reaction and she helped by checking on the area as well as giving me creams and checking up on me before her shift ended. I appreciate all of her effort. The staff at this location are also very sweet and friendly.
