(April 10, 2020, 5:21 pm)This week we had a customer in Nova Scotia with a Heavy Duty Truck Emissions system down and needed a hard to find Cummins 2880519 DOC. None to be found east of Toronto at best. The truck is vital in the food chain locally and it had to be running as soon as possible. We contacted our sales rep in California for this company who found us one there. Complicated shipping and customs might delay it though, but our customer was relieved we found one for him. A very short time later on the same day this company found out they had one in Vancouver Canada also. Wow, this was even better! Casey, at this location jumped in and made sure it was shipped yesterday and pulled out all the stops to be sure it left. This is one great company to work with - they care! A rare commodity these days. Recommend them highly.
