I found I had an emergency and he squeezed it in when he was closed, and he worked at it until it was perfect. I can't vouch for him opening when he should be closed but when he answered the phone and actually went to the office to get it done, he came through in spades. Honestly, by doing that, it says a lot about the character of Nash. I cannot say enough about Superstar Trophies and Nash in particular. Need an award? Don't even bother looking anywhere else! I'm serious.
