Ocean Park Ford

Easy to make an appointment and drop off; very good service, and the shuttle driver was very friendly. Was just in for a tune-up, oil change, and tire service but everything seemed to be done well.

Most importantly though, they gave a treat to my dog when we came to pick up my car. (Note: pets are not allowed in their shuttle service)

I have had my Ford Edge serviced here for the last 5 years and have always been very pleased. This last visit I booked using their online booking system. It is extremely user friendly. It not only gives you the price of the job but also the estimated time. It sends a reminder the day before as well. Each service rep is knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with and they don't try to upsell you things that are not necessary. I am so happy with Ocean Park Ford.

I have only ever taken my vehicle to Ocean Park Ford for servicing and all but one occasion, have been fantastic. Now that I've been there a few times and have spoken with most of the techs my favourite is Jon. He is professional and phones me back promptly. He takes time to explain things to me which I appreciate. I had to get some work done on my vehicle recently and it was done quickly. They washed my car after (which should be STANDARD in my opinion however not all dealerships do this) and even put on a missing centre piece for my hubcap.

Over all the service area is always friendly and welcoming when you walk in and it's nice to see the same people employed over the years. That indicates that everyone functions as a proper team. Thank you for always taking such good care of my vehicle.

I never thought I would be so extremely happy with a Ford Dealer Service department.
Nathan was my Tech, and he was at the utmost professional all the way. I had some items I wanted them to look at, one in particular is the large sunroof. Nathan warned me they can get pretty expensive. A few hours after I have the truck in the service bay Nathan calls me and gives me the price on the sunroof. It was a fairly reasonable price I thought so I approved the work. When I went to pick up my truck Nathan was happy to tell me he was able to reduce the cost by a significant portion because the mechanic was a rock star and completed well ahead of schedule. He also was able to save me a additional $150 on service by combining some package deal they have.
WOW, I will not only never take my truck any where else, but I will now only buy my Fords from them.

I've been dealing with Ocean Park Ford since the early 2000's and continue to be impressed by their sales and service staff.
I stopped by the other day for a quick recall update on my F150. As I walked around the yard with my two dogs, the service dept got things all done within an hour and I was on my way. Thanks guys !!!
... Oh ... and did I mention they couldn't wait to toss a couple of dog treats to my eager canine buddies ...!!!
