If I were looking for flaws I could not find any. It is rare to receive such fantastic service. Friendly, efficient and kind persistence made for a wonderful experience. Just a side note: my first time using them was out of convenience and fully intended to use the insurance company a 2 minute walk away from my building. My experience to date is that Schill performs better, faster and friendlier than these guys next door to me. Totally unexpected and I am now moving all my insurance needs to Schill
