We visited Sleep Country Surrey branch. Bell attended to us. Bell was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She helped guide us towards purchasing the ideal mattress that meets our requirements.

I bought a new mattress from here. I also bought some new pillows and beautiful bed sheets. I'm very happy with my purchase and they look absolutely stunning in my bedroom!

However, they significantly need to improve their customer service.The sales associate was extremely rude when I asked one simple question, treated me like I'm dumb and can't understand. When I confirmed my purchase and paid over $1,000 she suddenly changed her attitude and became so friendly!!

Next time, I think I will drive extra and go to a different Sleep Country Canada. You're lucky that I gave a 4 star review!!

Anuj is an excellent and honest person I have seen in my entire life as I am also sales job but he was very passionate and patient and showed us variety of choices. Overall love this guy for helping us find right mattress. Thanks!
