And - above all else - friendly, accommodating, and forward thinking staff that work to assist the patrons visiting to ensure they have the best visit possible when spending their time here. Whether you're looking to train your body, work your mind, or simply spend some time among friends, this is the place to be.

I do my workout at the gym here 3-4 times per week and continue to be impressed by the level of cleanliness and wide assortment of training equipment & space. We are incredibly lucky to have such a beautiful new facility in South Surrey. Huge shout out to Duncan, one of the gym managers, who keeps the place popping & sanitized! I'm inspired to be the best version of myself every time i walk into this place.

I went to get my booster shot here. A nurse made Lilian made me feel at easy. She was friendly and easy to talk to . I give her 5 stars because she has a kind heart by help our community feel safe in these crazy times. She came out of retirement just to get us covid shots. She has been a nurse of 40 year or more. She is a bright star in my eyes. Thank you to all the special people out there that are put their life on the line for us.

Within the center we got the Covid vaccine. People are awesome. It's excellent.
