Your team has given our house a dramatic ‘makeover’ with the installation of glass panels on our decks. I have built 3 houses, so I know a thing or 2 about trades & their craftsmen. We were impressed by your promptness, businesslike manner, product knowledge, direct answers, trustworthiness, & general bearing. Check!
We knew we wanted you for our job but figured you might be ‘pricey’. Not at all! By habit, we discarded the highest & lowest quotes &, to our great surprise, your quote was in the middle of the pack! Check!
Your 3 person installation crew arrived in 2 large vans, clean, well organized, & properly equipped for the day ahead. They promptly went about their business; efficiently, quietly but with focussed purpose ( I noticed the care they took with critical measurements). They took time to consult with me about any ‘particularities’Check!
They prepared & thoroughly cleaned up their workplace ( our garage). Check!
