(March 9, 2020, 8:53 pm)Ordered Two Small Men for my Move from Surrey to Victoria Drive in Vancouver. Driver Aaron & Helper Travis showed up on time. I found Aaron to be polite and professional. Travis Was Not! He had a chip on his shoulder throughout the move bullying both Aaron and myself (the Customer!).

Usually, in this business, it is supposed to be the Driver who is the Supervisor. But in this case, 'Helper' Travis was rude and obnoxious to both Driver Aaron and myself.
When we got to the destination and got my belongings off loaded, I figured out why Travis was so irritable. He immediately started searching for a place to get some Cigarettes. He was rude and irritable because he was having Nicotine Withdrawl Symptoms because he had no Smokes.
Seeing as Aaron was good and professional, I would use this company again with Aaron but with someone else other than 'Helper' Travis.
2 Stars Deducted due to Helper's Bullying Attitude.
