We love coming here with our pups. They carry a great selection of dog and cat food, and our two boys love the chews they have here, especially the beef windpipes and horns.

What an absolutely amazing place. The people who work here, the items available, the positive atmosphere - my pup Hermes and I both LOVE getting to visit. Thank you for calming down my sweet boy, and helping me learn how to best take care of him!

Best pet store in the Lower Mainland. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and great selection of high quality products. Can’t recommend enough!

Update: shortly after my initial review, they reached out to ask what had happened. When I explained how the experience went as is, they recognized that I was made to feel like a bad owner and offered a gift card. The apology came off genuine and is much appreciated. The gift card was unexpected but welcomed, of course. Hopefully the experience can be used as an example to ensure no other customer is made to feel inferior. Thank you for the gift card!

Great store. Love everything they offer. Unfortunately, my most recent visit left me stunned and feeling unwelcomed. Not sure what kind of cognitive bias the associate had towards me, but just because I said no when my puppy barked doesn't mean I'm looking for condescending, unsolicited advice. I practice positive reinforcement with my puppy all the time but I had a moment because it was a stressful situation. Please do watch your tone and remember not to patronize customers. Fortunately they have a WONDERFUL online ordering system and delivery service. I'll be using their web shop more often now.

Great service and selection of items! We went in for a rain jacket fitting and the staff were super friendly and helpful despite my puppy's enthusiastic nature.. Online delivery is very quick as well.
