I had a problem with a delivery, partly my fault as the orchid was left on the porch when no one was home but it could have been better protected. I called the nest day and within a HALF HOUR she had a replacement plant delivered!! Time was essential and I can't believe what a great job she did. And both plants are gorgeous.

I have been consistently getting flowers from Nancy, who runs Sky Florist, for 2-3 years for various different occasions and she has been absolutely fantastic with her care and her service.

She has an exceptional understanding of what customers expect, which is no surprise for someone who used to have her own store front. Her flowers are picked with great care and she goes the extra mile to make her arrangements look great.

One of the most convenient features is that she takes orders by telephone (and then via text once she gets to know you). She can even accommodate special requests if you give her advance notice.

The only "down" side, is that you typically won't be viewing the arrangement prior to assembly, but this is no different than any other telephone order, as there is no physical storefront.

From a logistical perspective, she has always been very accommodating around pickup times - perfect for someone on the go. And of course, her prices are very reasonable for the flowers and service you are getting.

As much as I don't want to leave a positive review for fear she would eventually become too busy to accommodate my simple requests, she absolutely deserves it.

I was sooo happy with our decision to go with Sky Florist for our wedding!!! The service was amazing! When we met with Nancy in person, she was so generous with her time and gave us lots of helpful advice! She was very accommodating! She answered all of our questions promptly and made sure that the choices she made were exactly what we wanted. When I first saw the floral arrangements on the day, they were more beautiful than I had hoped! Nancy was very kind. She offered to wait until the ceremony was over so she could transport our large floral arrangements to our reception. Most other companies charge for that service! For us, it was included :) The guests at our wedding were so delighted to bring home the centrepieces at the end of the night. We highly, highly recommend Sky Florist. Not only are they super professional, but they are personal as well. I genuinely felt like Nancy was happy to be a part of our wedding!
